This Shipping Policy explains how order processing, shipping, and delivery work at World Wears.

World Wears ships internationally to supported regions available at checkout, including:

2. Free Shipping
World Wears offers free shipping on eligible orders.

3. Shipping Model
World Wears operates with a dropshipping model.
This means products may be shipped directly by suppliers, distribution centers, fulfillment partners, or third-party logistics providers.
4. Processing Time
After payment confirmation, the order may go through internal processing, payment verification, fraud review, preparation, and handover to the carrier.
Processing time may vary depending on supplier availability, order volume, public holidays, high-demand periods, or operational conditions.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is generally 7 to 10 business days.
This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on:
destination country;
customs procedures;
import inspections;
carrier performance;
supplier processing;
public holidays;
weather;
delivery restrictions;
high-demand periods;
events outside World Wears’ control.
World Wears does not guarantee exact delivery dates.
6. Carriers
Orders may be shipped through carriers and logistics partners such as:
DHL;
FedEx;
or equivalent logistics operators.
The final carrier may vary depending on region, availability, and logistics route.
7. Tracking
When available, the customer will receive tracking information to follow the order.
Tracking updates may take time to appear after shipment, depending on the carrier and logistics system.
8. Customs, Duties, and Local Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, local taxes, or similar charges according to the laws of the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
World Wears does not control customs decisions, customs release times, inspections, or charges imposed by local authorities.
9. Incorrect Address
The customer must enter the shipping address correctly at checkout.
If there is an address error and the order has not yet shipped, World Wears may cancel the order and issue a refund so the customer can place a new order with the correct information.
If the order has already shipped, World Wears will review the case based on tracking information, carrier status, and the possibility of recovering the package.
10. Delayed, Lost, or Undelivered Orders
If an order is delayed, lost, or has no tracking updates, the customer must contact:
World Wears will review the available information and may request verification from the carrier or supplier.
If the package is confirmed lost in transit, World Wears may offer a new shipment or refund depending on the case.
11. Orders Marked as Delivered
If the carrier marks the order as delivered to the address provided by the customer, World Wears may request additional verification.
World Wears is not automatically responsible for packages correctly marked as delivered by the carrier, except where required by applicable law or where a logistics failure is confirmed.
