WORLD WEARS – RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At World Wears, we want customers to shop with confidence. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, cancellations, refunds, and related requests are handled.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return or refund within 14 calendar days after receiving their order.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted, except where required by applicable law or in exceptional cases reviewed by World Wears.

2. Free Refunds

World Wears does not charge any administrative fee or refund processing fee for approved refunds.

When a refund is approved, the eligible amount will be returned to the original payment method without any additional refund fee charged by World Wears.

Approved refunds are generally processed within up to 10 business days. The final time for the funds to appear may depend on the customer’s bank, card issuer, Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, or other payment provider used at checkout.

3. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must generally be:

unused;
unworn;
unwashed;
in its original condition;
not damaged by the customer;
and returned with its original packaging or suitable return packaging, when reasonably possible.

World Wears reserves the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of misuse, customer-caused damage, intentional damage, fraud, return abuse, or if the item returned is not the product originally purchased.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Please include:

your order number;
the full name used on the order;
a clear description of the issue;
clear photos of the product;
photos of the package, when applicable.

After reviewing the case, World Wears may offer one of the following solutions:

a full refund;
a partial refund;
a replacement product;
a new shipment;
or another reasonable solution depending on the situation.

5. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, World Wears may approve the cancellation and issue a refund.

If the order has already been processed, shipped, or handed over to the carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, the request will be handled according to this Return and Refund Policy.

6. Incorrect Address or Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

If the customer provides an incorrect address, incomplete address, incorrect phone number, or any other inaccurate information, the customer must contact World Wears immediately.

If the order has not yet shipped, World Wears may cancel the order and issue a refund so the customer can place a new order with the correct information.

If the order has already shipped, World Wears will review the case based on the carrier status, tracking information, and the possibility of recovering the package.

7. Exchanges

Because World Wears works with third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners, direct exchanges may depend on product availability.

When a direct exchange is not possible, World Wears may instruct the customer to request an approved refund and place a new order separately.

8. Personalized Items

World Wears does not currently offer personalized shirts.

If personalization becomes available in the future, personalized or custom-made products may be subject to specific return rules disclosed at the time of purchase.

9. Return Shipping

World Wears does not charge any refund processing fee for approved refunds.

If a physical return is required, World Wears will provide return instructions by email. In some cases, World Wears may approve a refund without requiring the physical return of the item, at its discretion.

Return shipping conditions may vary depending on the reason for the return, the customer’s location, the product condition, and applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law in the customer’s country or region.
