WORLD WEARS – SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works at World Wears.

World Wears ships internationally to supported regions, including the United States, Europe, and selected South American countries, subject to availability at checkout.

2. Shipping Model

World Wears operates through a dropshipping fulfillment model. Products may be shipped directly from third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners.

3. Shipping Cost

World Wears offers free shipping on eligible orders.

4. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed after payment confirmation and verification.

Processing times may vary depending on supplier stock, order volume, payment review, operational demand, and logistics capacity.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is generally 7 to 10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, supplier processing times, local delivery conditions, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, and destination-country regulations.

World Wears does not guarantee exact delivery dates.

6. Carriers

Orders may be shipped using DHL, FedEx, or equivalent logistics partners selected by the fulfillment chain.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, VAT, or other local fees depending on the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers must ensure that shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

If a customer provides incorrect shipping information and contacts support before shipment, World Wears may, at its discretion, cancel the order and issue a refund so that a new order can be placed correctly.

If the order has already shipped, any refund or replacement request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis according to shipment status and carrier outcome.

9. Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Packages

If an order appears delayed or lost, the customer should contact support@worldwears.com.

World Wears will review available tracking information and carrier status and determine the appropriate next step.

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, World Wears may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and available verification.

World Wears is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided by the customer, except where required by applicable law.
