Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

WORLD WEARS – RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At World Wears, we want customers to shop with confidence. This Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and related requests may be submitted.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.

2. Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, the item must generally be:
unused;
unworn;
unwashed;
in its original condition;
and returned with original packaging where reasonably possible.

World Wears reserves the right to deny a return if the item shows signs of use, misuse, customer-caused damage, or abusive return behavior, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by law, the following items may not be eligible for return:
items damaged due to misuse;
items materially altered after delivery;
items returned outside the return window;
customized or personalized items, if customization is offered in the future.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact support@worldwears.com within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Please include:
your order number;
a description of the issue;
clear photos of the item and packaging, where possible.

If the claim is approved, World Wears may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another reasonable solution depending on the circumstances.

5. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet entered processing or shipment, World Wears may approve cancellation and issue a refund.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the matter may instead be handled under the return process.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

If a customer enters an incorrect shipping address or incorrect order information and contacts World Wears before shipment, the order may be canceled and refunded so that a new order can be placed correctly.

If the order has already shipped, the matter will be reviewed case by case.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it is generally processed within up to 10 business days to the original payment method.

Final posting time may depend on the customer’s bank, card issuer, PayPal account, Stripe processing flow, or digital wallet provider.

8. Exchanges

Because World Wears operates through a dropshipping model and supplier stock may vary, direct exchanges are not guaranteed.

In many cases, customers may be instructed to request a return or approved refund and place a new order separately.

9. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an approved defect, damage, incorrect item, or where otherwise required by law, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law in the customer’s country or region.
